Contestants

Contestants, guides, and volunteers will be accommodated in Villa Bolivariana, the main lodging site for IOI 2025. The complex includes 62 rooms with 8 beds each.

Room assignments will follow IOI guidelines and will be shared among guests of the same gender.

Leaders and Delegation Members

Delegation leaders and invited officials will be hosted in six hotels located in the city center of Sucre. Rooms will be allocated based on gender and availability, following the standard practice of sharing twin or triple rooms unless otherwise justified.

Guests and Committee Members

Guests and committee members will also be accommodated in the hotels listed above, depending on availability. Rooms will be shared according to gender and room type, primarily in double or triple arrangements. Please note that guest capacity is limited. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to close guest registration during the enrollment period based on space availability.
